BRAIN FOG IS A Bi***H.
I was at a crossing on a busy road and honestly froze and had no clue how to drive! I’m even looking into getting an auto now thats happened. Im super scared and anxious to drive since this whole thing and its stopping me from living my life, this bank holiday weekend i planned to visit a friend 1 and a bit hours away and made up a silly excuse to cancel š
Has anybody else had anything this extreme or should I be worried its a step worse? Thanks xxx
I actually was on the dual carriageway when it was closed and re diverted as there had been an accident and I went into panic attack mode while in the queue and started having a hot flush and heart palpiations and this scared me so much that i couldnt drive for a few weeks .. I now know that this was at the start of my menopasue and I was experiencing a multitude of symptoms which I believe sent my body into melt down… Its all about little steps and plannong if you do get anxious, breathing proprly is so omportant and I carried a paper bag , like the ones prescriptions come in and , bottle of water and turned the music on and started to sing and this helped.. I promise it does get better,
