We operate a 30 day returns policy from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unopened in the original packaging
Shipping
All orders of stock items received by 3.30pm will be shipped the same day. All orders despatched Royal first class tracked.You will be notified by email once your order has been despatched.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that your return has been received We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within a seven (7) days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@hotflushclub.com and send your item to: 30 Spedan Close, London NW3 7XF.
Shipping
To return your product send tracked and signed to: 30 Spedan Close, London NW3 7XF.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
